December 8th is the Feast of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary, a Holy Day of Obligation.
Mass will be celebrated at
12:00 Noon and 6:00 PM
The Parish office will be closed this day.
XLT - December 21st
6:00 PM in the church. All the parish are welcome to join Lifeteen and EDGE in a very special holiday edition of XLT to Praise and Adore as we celebrate the infant Jesus in preparation for Christmas. It's a spirit filled evening of Praise and worship and Eucharistic Adoration to get us ready for Christmas.

The Advent Tree will be in the back of the church on the 1st Sunday of Advent (November 26th-27th). Parishioners may then begin choosing names from the tree.
It is imperative that wrapped gifts are brought back to the church with the card tag "securly" attached to the gift.
The gift should be placed under the tree no later than Sunday, December 11th.

On December 23rd we will be decorating the church. There will not be a mass or communion service. You are invited to come and help decorate so we can all enjoy Christmas a little earlier.

St. Patrick Youth Choir
After a fantastic summer debut, the St. Patrick Youth Choir is continuing into the Fall, with plans to sing at the Christmas Day Mass.
The choir will sing one Mass a month
October - December as well.
Rehearsals will be Thursdays from 5-6 PM
starting September 22nd.
The choir is open to youth entering Grades 4-12, voices and instruments welcome.

The St. Patrick Parish Directory
Those that had their portrait taken can pick up their free copy at the parish office. We do have extra copies. To help defray the cost of printing and shipping we are asking a $5.00 donation. They can also be picked up at the parish office.
MagnifiKid! is for children between the ages of 6 and 12. Each week offers all of the readings and prayers for Sunday Mass with explanations of difficult words and meanings of the rituals, daily prayer adapted from teh Liturgy of the Hours, suggestions onhow to live the entire week with the Lord, games, comics and activities on Christian life and culture. And parents, each month ther eis a a parents page with suggestions for family prayers. Pick up your copy on the table in the church entry!

Don't forget to donate your used, slightly worn or new shoes to the Knights of Columbus and the World Wear Project. There are bins in the church entry and St. Xavier Center to accept your donation. Donated shoes are refurbished and sold at a greatly discounted rate in third world countries. World Wear Project pays the Parish by the pound for all the shoes collected in the bins and all proceeds go to the St. Patrick Youth Programs.
Baptism Classes are being offered the first Sunday of each month from 9:45 AM - 10:45 AM. The classes are for the parents and godparents in anticipation of an impending birth THINK AHEAD and attend a class before your neew arrival makes his or her appearance.
Due to hospital policy and regulations St. Patrick is not receiving a list of Catholics in the hospital. If you or a loved one wold like to receive communion while in the hospital, rehab, nursing home or at home please call the Parish Office to make arrangements.
Are you cleared for a Safe Environment?Just a friendly reminder that if you volunteer for St. Patrick you must be cleared through the Diocese Safe Environment Program. This includes Lectors, Eucharistic Ministers, Cantors, Ushers, Greeters or anyone who volunteers with any ministries.
