Dear Engaged Couple,

It is with grateful praise that the Parish of St. Patrick Catholic Church offers you an alternative for your pre-marriage preparation. Oftentimes one spends many years working on a degree that will require additional certification or training during your career. We at St. Patrick believe that the vocation with the sacrament of marriage is no different. This is why we require you to complete our program before your marriage at St. Patrick.

The first step in our Pre-Cana program is to contact Tom & Lisa Linnebur, our Pre-Cana Coordinators, at 903-271-6290. They will step you through the process which will include an inventory, homework and a session with a Pre-Cana sponsor couple. The process, if done correctly, should take you about 12 hours to complete.

Total cost of the program is $50.00 to cover costs of the material you will need. At the end of the process you will receive a certificate for the State of Texas that will give you a $60.00 discount off of your marriage license.
