If you are planning to volunteer or if you are a part of a Ministry at St. Patrick Catholic Church you must be cleared through the Safe Environment Program developed by the Diocese of Dallas and this church. To be cleared you must complete all of the following and they can be found at https://dallas.setanet.org/index.php?show=importantLinks.
1. Go to https://dallas.setanet.org/screening.php and complete the screening form.
NOTE: This form will ask you for 3 references. In order to be cleared we MUST have all 3 references back and it is your responsibility to make sure they respond to the request for information.
2. Read all of the Safe environmet policies. Which can be found at Diocese of Dallas SEP :: Forms (setanet.org)

3. Print out and sign the Acknowledgement forms at the end of those documents.
4. Make an appointment for an interview with Lisa either by email [email protected] or by phone at 903-463-3275 to complete an interview.
5. At the time of the interview you will also need to watch a training vide called "Safe Environment" and take the corresponding test. If you take one of the tests on the update it will not be valid, you will have to do this last step in the office the first time you get cleared for Safe Environment.

If you are currently cleared but need to update training you may take one of the tests given by the Diocese of Dalllas.
If you believe that you or someone you know, is a victim of past or present abuse or sexual abuse, please notify law enforcement.
